1. Equal access

GamerzAdda is open to every eligible player in India, regardless of gender, caste, religion, region, language, disability, or economic background. Discrimination or harassment against any player is grounds for immediate account action.

2. Accessibility standards

We work toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across our app and website. This includes readable colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, resizable text, and alt text on meaningful images.

3. Ongoing improvements

• Regular accessibility audits of new features before release.
• Multilingual support so players can compete in their preferred language.
• Low-bandwidth mode for players on slower networks.
• Reduced-motion setting for players sensitive to animations.

4. Report an issue

If any part of GamerzAdda is hard to use with assistive tech, or if you feel you were treated unfairly, email gamerzaddahelp@gmail.com. We take every report seriously and respond within 7 business days.
