Fair Play Policy

1. Our commitment

Every GamerzAdda tournament is monitored for fairness. We use bracket verification, server-side match logging, and third-party anti-cheat signals to protect honest players and prize pools.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Aimbots, wallhacks, macros, and any third-party gameplay modification.
• Emulators or bots impersonating a human player.
• Multi-accounting or sharing accounts to skew matchmaking.
• Teaming with opponents in solo brackets.
• Match-fixing, prize-splitting collusion, or intentional loss ("throwing").
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or lag switches.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats in in-game chat or lobbies.

3. Penalties

• First offence: warning + forfeit of that match's winnings.
• Second offence: 30-day suspension and wallet freeze.
• Serious or repeat offences: permanent ban and forfeit of unclaimed winnings.
• Confirmed cheating in prize matches may be reported to the game publisher.

4. Reporting a player

Report suspicious behaviour in-app or email gamerzaddahelp@gmail.com with the match ID, in-game ID of the accused, and any video proof. All reports are confidential.

5. Appeals

If your account is actioned in error, appeal within 14 days by emailing gamerzaddahelp@gmail.com. Our review team responds within 7 business days.
