Refund Policy

1. Wallet top-ups

Money added to your GamerzAdda wallet is non-refundable once credited, but it never expires and can be used for any tournament entry or in-app service.

2. Tournament entry fees

Full refund if the tournament is cancelled by GamerzAdda.
Full refund if you withdraw before the bracket locks.
No refund once the match starts, regardless of result or disconnection.
Partial refund at our discretion if a match is voided due to a verified server or anti-cheat failure on our side.

3. Failed transactions

If money is debited from your bank but not credited to your wallet, it is auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If not, email us with your transaction ID.

4. Prize payouts

Prize winnings are credited to your winnings balance and can be withdrawn to your verified UPI/bank account after KYC. TDS is deducted as per Indian law.

5. How to request a refund

Email gamerzaddahelp@gmail.com with your registered phone number, tournament ID, and transaction ID. Requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
