Entry fees and deposits
Tournament entry fees or wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once a match is locked or the event has started, unless the payment was charged in error or the event was canceled by us.
Canceled or failed events
If a paid event is canceled by GamerzAdda or cannot be completed because of a technical issue on our side, we may offer a refund, store credit, or a re-entry option depending on the situation.
Refund requests
Refund requests should be submitted through support with the relevant transaction details. Requests are reviewed case by case and may require verification before approval.
