GAMERZADDA Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how GAMERZADDA handles deposits, tournament entry fees, cancellations, technical issues and refund-related requests.
General Policy
All deposits made to GAMERZADDA are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Tournament Entry Fees
Tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable once a user has successfully joined a tournament.
Match Cancellation
If a tournament is cancelled due to technical issues or reasons solely attributable to GAMERZADDA, the entry fee may be refunded to the user’s GAMERZADDA wallet or account balance.
User Errors
Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:
- Incorrect game ID submissions.
- Failure to join a match on time.
- User internet or device issues.
- Accidental participation in tournaments.
Fraud and Abuse
GAMERZADDA reserves the right to deny refunds where fraud, abuse, cheating, or violation of platform rules is suspected.
Withdrawal Reversals
Completed withdrawals cannot be reversed once successfully processed.
Technical Issues
Refund requests arising from technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Changes
GAMERZADDA may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
